Return & Refund Policy

At Frameskart, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a return, exchange, or refund.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, boxes, cleaning cloths, lens covers (if any), and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns will not be accepted for customized or prescription lenses unless the product is defective or damaged.

Note: The customer is responsible for reverse courier charges when initiating a return that is not due to our fault (e.g., change of mind, ordering error).


2. Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong model, wrong lens type)

How to request an exchange:

  1. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your name, phone number, order ID, and a note mentioning the reason for exchange.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will call you to confirm the replacement details.

  4. You do not need prior approval for sending the exchange — simply courier it to our address directly.

If your product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing a clear photo or video proof to contact@frameskart.com. Requests beyond 24 hours will not be accepted for claims of defects.


3. Replacement Timeframe

Replacements typically take up to 15 business days after we receive your return.

Breakdown of timeline:

  • Courier transit time: 3–7 business days

  • Quality check by our team: 2–3 business days

  • Replacement dispatch: within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Delivery to you: 3–7 business days after dispatch

We will keep you informed throughout the process and confirm the shipment of your replacement product.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • You returned the product within the return window and it passed our inspection

  • Your original payment method will be credited

Refund timeline:

  • Internal processing: 4–5 business days

  • Bank/card processing: 5–10 additional business days

The full refund process may take 10 to 15 business days from the date we receive your returned product.


5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Prescription lenses or customized lens products unless damaged or incorrectly made

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items

  • Items without original packaging or accessories
